UP: Security guard shot railway employee who reached the bank without a mask in Bareilly

A big incident happened on Friday in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The railway employee, who reached the Bank of Baroda branch on Railway Station Road without a mask, had a dispute with the guard over the entry. On this the guard shot him.

After the incident, there was chaos on the spot. The injured railway worker has been admitted to the hospital. On information, the police reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.

The incident is from the Regional Office of Bank of Baroda located at Station Road in Bareilly. On Friday afternoon, Rajesh Kumar Rathore (35), a resident of Northern Railway Colony near Bareilly Junction, had gone to the bank for some work. Rajesh is posted as a helper in the Telecom Department of Northern Railway. When he started entering the office without a mask, the guard posted at the gate stopped him. Rajesh and the guard got into an argument over not giving entry to the bank without a mask.
