Former MP Harivansh Singh’s daughter-in-law turned rebel
Neelam Singh, who was elected as a district panchayat member from ward number-16 under the banner of BJP, had nominated for the post of district panchayat president as a rebel candidate. For the past several days, Neelam Singh was meeting several district panchayat members. She was also trying to get ticket from BJP. Neelam Singh did not get ticket from BJP due to the loss of seat in the account of the alliance.

Neelam Singh comes from a political family. She is the daughter-in-law of former Pratapgarh MP Kunwar Harivansh Singh.
