Politics heats up again regarding Ram temple, allegation of MP Sanjay Singh, land price increased by 2 to 18 crores in a few minutes?

Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has made serious allegations of corruption against the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which is building a Ram temple in Ayodhya.
case should be investigated

He said that Champat Rai, the general secretary of the trust, with the help of Anil Mishra, a member of the organization, bought land worth Rs 2 crore for Rs 18 crore. He said that this is a straight money laundering case, it should be investigated.

MLA Pawan Pandey also made allegations of corruption

At the same time, Pawan Pandey, who was a minister in the Samajwadi Party government and former MLA of Ayodhya, also made similar allegations of corruption on Rai in Ayodhya and demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter.
Reacting to this, Champat Rai said that he is not afraid of such allegations. He will study the allegations against himself.

Land value increases from 2 to 18 crores in a few minutes

Presenting some documents, Sanjay Singh said that, no one can even imagine that Maryada Purushottam would dare to commit any scam and corruption in the name of Lord Shri Ram. In the name of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, Champat Rai ji spent crores of rupees.

He claimed that the land of Gata No. 243, 244 and 246 in Bagh Bijaisi village of Ayodhya Sadar tehsil, with an asset value of Rs. 5 crore 80 lakh, was taken by persons named Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari from Kusum Pathak and Harish Pathak on March 18 for two crores. Bought for Rs.

Anil Mishra and Mayor Hrishikesh Upadhyay became witnesses

The AAP MP said that Anil Mishra, member of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust and Mayor of Ayodhya Hrishikesh Upadhyay had become witnesses in this land purchase that took place at 7.10 pm.

Also alleged that, exactly five minutes after that, Champat Rai bought the same land from Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 18 and a half crore, out of which Rs 17 crore was given as advance through RTGS.

“The price of land increased by five and a half lakh rupees per second”

He alleged that the price of the land purchased for Rs 2 crore increased by almost five and a half lakh rupees per second. What if India, the price of any land in the world does not increase so fast.

Interestingly, Anil Mishra, a member of the Ram Mandir Trust, and Rishikesh Upadhyay, the Mayor of Ayodhya, who were witnesses in getting the deed done, also became witnesses in buying this land in the name of the trust.

Demand for inquiry from Prime Minister Narendra Modi

This is clearly a case of money laundering and massive corruption. I demand from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government to immediately conduct a thorough investigation of this matter through ED and CBI.

And the corrupt people involved in this should be put in jail because it is a question of the faith of crores of Ram devotees of this country as well as the trust of crores of people who have given their hard earned money for the construction of Ram temple.

The timing of the debenture stamp is also raising questions.

He further said that, in this case, the timing of the stamp of the agreement and the time of the stamp of the debenture also raises questions. The stamp of the land which was later sold to the trust was bought at 5:11 pm and the stamp of the land which was earlier bought by Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Ansari was bought at 5:22 pm.

What did Congress say?

On the other hand, Congress’s chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala tweeted and alleged that, Oh Ram, how these days… scams are happening by taking donations in your name. Shameless robbers are now intoxicated in arrogance like ‘Ravana’ selling faith.

The question is, how after 10 minutes the land bought for two crores was sold to ‘Ram Janmabhoomi’ for 18.50 crores? Now it seems… the rule of Kansas is there, Ravan is everywhere!
