Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, it will now be mandatory for those coming from states like Maharashtra, Kerala and Tamil Nadu to show the negative report of corona. The Yogi government has made it necessary for those coming from states with a corona positivity rate of more than three percent to be negative for the RTPCR report. The states with more than three percent positivity rate are Maharashtra, Kerala and Tamil Nadu etc. Apart from this, only those with certificate of having two doses of vaccine will be allowed to enter UP.
The Chief Minister took this important decision in the meeting of the officials of Team-9 on Sunday. This step of the UP government is considered very important to stop the third wave of Kovid. The Chief Minister said that many cases of Kovid infection are coming in different states of the country. In such a situation, the negative report of RTPCR should be made mandatory for people coming to Uttar Pradesh from those states where the rate of corona positive is more than three percent, which is not more than four days old from the start of the journey. He said that those who have received both the doses of corona vaccine can be exempted. Apart from road, air and rail routes, these rules should also be implemented for people coming by private means. Intensive contact tracing and testing of people coming to Uttar Pradesh from these states should be done. Their antigen test and thermal scanning must be done on arrival in the state. Guidelines should be issued in this regard.

The Chief Minister said that people should be made aware about Kovid vaccination. The process of online registration for vaccination should be encouraged. The Chief Minister was informed that the process of construction of Pediatric ICUs in medical colleges is going on in full swing. Approval has been received for construction of 541 oxygen plants in the state. Out of these, 171 oxygen plants have become functional. He said that health workers and paramedics have done commendable work during the Corona period, an action plan should be prepared to connect them with the health ATMs being set up in CHCs and PHCs.
seven districts corona free
The Chief Minister was informed that now there is not a single COVID patient in Aligarh, Chitrakoot, Hathras, Kasganj, Mahoba, Shamli and Shravasti. These districts are free from covid infection. No new cases have been confirmed in double digits in any district on Saturday. Not a single new case of infection was found in 47 districts of the state, while in 28 districts patients were found in unit digit. The policy of corona control adopted by the state government is proving to be very effective, due to which the situation of corona control is getting better day by day.
