Ambedkarnagar: Abdul Qadir an 84 Year old man , who was victim of mob lynching, on 28 febuary 2021 got admitted on before 9 day ago died due to administrative negligence.
Financial assistance of Rs. 20 lakh rupees to the relatives of the deceased family and strict action should be taken against the accused persons whose involvement in this lynching , The above demands have been raised by Mr. Irfan Pathan, the state secretary of All India Majlis-E- Ittehadul Muslemin.
Mr. Pathan said that there are anti-Muslim forces behind the mob lynching of Abdul Qadir, it is a tageted killing of muslim and this types of mob lynching incresaing day by day in Uttar Pradesh . There is no law and order exist in Uttar Pradesh at all.
We also demand strict action against the culprits who is responsible for mob lynching of Abdul Qadir .
According to an enquiry , on the evening of February 28, in village of Rampur Kala Punthar Kotwali Tanda, an 84-year-old Moazzin Abdul Qadir resident of Ayesha Masjid Punthar, was beaten up by Kodra Village Headman and his colleagues and dumped him in a critical condition at the boundary of the community center. .
After reaching the information by social media, the relatives reached the injured Abdul Qadir with Tanda Kotwali where the crowd of villagers and AIMIM State Secretary Irfan Pathan and District President Murad Ali reached with their supporters.
The injured was taken to Tanda Community Health Center from where he was referred to the district hospital but due to critical conditions of Abdul Qadir District Hospital Doctors reffered to Mahamaya Medical College Lucknow Trauma Center where, due to lack of admission, Lohia was taken to the hospital where the doctors responded on 8 March and was immediately brought home where he succumbed on 09 March 2021.
In the said case, the Tanda Kotwali police had registered a case against accused Pradeep Verma, Anil Devanand, Ram Kishan Maurya Gram Pradhan and some unknown people on sections 147 and 308 of the IPC on crime number 30/21.
In the said case, the Tanda Kotwali police took Devanand Verma, Anil Kumar, Mohit Kumar, Anil Kumar, Dinesh Kumar Verma into custody and produced them before the Sub-Collector of Section 151.
The above five accused were released after just two days on March 03, while there was no arrest of the other named accused including the village head man due to which there is anger among the villagers.
On 9 March the body of 84-year-old Abdul Qadir injured in the said incident has been captured by Mubarakpur police station incharge Ram Ughar Kushwaha and sent deceased body for post-mortem.
